About Me

I’ll spare you the minutia, but suffice it to say I’ve lived an interesting life. I believe I chose this particular set of struggles for multiple reasons. First there is a host of spiritual lessons I needed to learn during this incarnation.  Second they honed some skills I need on the physical level to accomplish the goals I’ve set for myself. It’s a purpose I probably wouldn’t have chosen once I got here, but at some point before my arrival it seemed like a good idea. But what is it?

I tried for years to hide from this “gift” with little or no success, and the further down I stuffed it the more loudly came the exclamation “Bullshit” when I could take no more. In 2000 I met the woman who is now my wife, and she has patiently and gently guided me towards my life’s purpose. Instead of swimming upstream she’s convinced me to go with the flow and use the current to my advantage. This blog and the novel I have written is a start.

No longer will I scream bullshit; I’ll look people in the eye and say it with conviction in a conversational tone. I’ll ask the questions that everyone has on their minds but are unwilling to speak, and I fully intend to have fun doing it.

So please join me on my adventure of discovery, and may we joyously and resolutely ask the questions that make people’s toes curl.
